Join us as we step back into the raucous swing dancing era of the 1930’s.

If you’ve never tried swing dance before this is the perfect opportunity to dip your toe with a fun beginners class to start the night.

The class will be followed by an evening of socialising and social dancing with Dublin’s famously friendly swing dance community. In January instead of our usual live jazz band we will host a special DJ battle with some of the finest swing DJs in Ireland.

There is a full bar and ample seating to rest your tired limbs with a picturesque balcony overlooking the cricket pitch to cool down and catch your breath.

None required as we will be rotating partners regularly.

DANCE EXPERIENCE:

None required.

PRICE:

Fáilte Hot Club entry tickets including beginner swing dance class are €15 online or €18 at the door (if we don't sell out in advance).

REFUNDS:

If you can't make it and you let us know at least 24 hours before the event starts we will issue a refund. The 10% booking fee is non-refundable. Tickets are not transferable.

TRAVEL:

There is plenty of free parking at Leinster Cricket Club for attendees. Rathmines has excellent bus links to the city centre and if you want to stretch your legs it's about a half an hour walk.

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE SOCIAL:

Ask anyone and everyone to dance. All experience levels are very welcome.
